I Believe
Believe in what you see, or what you hear?
Just a thought when I was washing my plates for breakfast.
LOL.
And I meant the thought as in a person.
Say, you heard something about a person who have depression.
But you know that person.
So, in the sense, you already know the person before you heard the rumours.
If, your impression of that person is one who is cheerful, you'll find those rumours to be fake.
But if the impression isn't good, you'll probably believe anything negative you hear.
You might even talk about what you believe about that person, unconsciously to others.
Okay.
Another example.
This time, you don't know the person.
And you heard rumours.
How will you react?
In that case, if the rumours you heard came from the person who is closest to that person, you'll probably believe it.
Well, because you'll think it is true because of closeness between those people.
The closeness that you believe they share.
Therefore, before you start to even talk or understand that person, your impression of that person already has some kind of a base.
Your impression/judgement/or what you call, will be clouded.
Your actions will already be somewhat changed and not be what you don't know about that person.
But hey, what will you do if others kind of misunderstand you?
Frankly, you can't change anything about it and you know it.
After all, it is someone else's perception that you're talking about.
If you are able to change them, then good for you.
However, things just don't work that way in real life.
Sometimes you can't change about what others think of you.
Nor can they change what you think of them.
It may change over time.
It may not.
So, to live is to adapt.
You will probably change yourself to fit others' ideals.
You probably won't.
Ah well, it is your life.
Do what you want to do that you won't regret when this lifetime is over.

SO! In this post, I've collated some recent shoujo/shounen mangas that I've read recently. Which doesn't have plot lines that make me want to kill off any of the characters. ^_^
Pandora Hearts

Anime Status: Complete
Summary: I'd say Alice in Wonderland in twists. It does not have the same plot line. It's deeper, has more depth.
Opinion: Totally fiery female lead- Alice! Her and Oz make a cute couple. Ahh, read more to find out! Anyway, I've only watched the anime! Loved the music box's music! Not really sure if there's going to be a Season 2? But I'd totally watch it if there is! (Y)
Otokomae! Beads Club

Summary: Ibuki is a really strong female lead! And well, she enters a weird club and it's cool how it all turns out!
Opinion: Nice artwork! Funny plot and it's really enjoyable. One thing is that it's too short! T_T All other works by Motomi Kyousuke recommended! All his stories are nice, and don't have whiny female leads.
Hana No Kishi

Summary: Ran becomes Sei's First Knight ever since that day years ago. Now, they have to join hands with the rest of the Knights because it seems that there's an opposing power!
Opinion: Ahhh, hard to say anything without spoiling. Lol. Because when I read it, I was sort of shocked... All I can say is, it's nice! :]
Ouran High School Host Club

Summary: Haruhi breaks a vase on the day she entered the Host Club's room! It's really expensive. So Haruhi has to pay back using her 'body' by being a member of the Host Club.
Opinion: A lot of things happened! But Haruhi's not the type to back off and stuff. Hm, I think she's pretty expressionless most of the time. Lol. This story has its funny parts and Tamaki is really funny!
Reimei no Arcana

Summary: Nakaba gets married off to Caesar, the Second Prince of the country - Belquat. The aim of this political marriage is to gain peace for the 2 countries. But well, is it all that peaceful after all?
Opinion: Nakaba is a really strong lead! Though she has conflicting feelings. I think. And I think Caesar x Nakaba makes an adorable couple. But Caesar's an ass at the first chapter, so I was pretty hm about him...
Akagami no Shirayukihime

Summary: Shirayuki has a unique hair color - which is red. It's rare in her country. And um, there's a prince at her country who wanted to wed her because of her hair color. -_- So she fled! Whee~
Opinion: Zen x Shirayuki FTW! And Shirayuki is a strong lead. I must say. Not that she has super strength, but she has a pretty strong heart! Like she'll do what she says. ^_^ Other than that, the artwork is simply awesome! The plot line is good. Sort of heart-warming. ^_^
Usotsuki Lily

Summary: Hinata gets confessed to a drop-dead gorgeous guy she'd not seen before! However, turns out the guy who confessed to her is actually...?
Opinion: This manga is really funny! And cute. Artwork is good. Not seen mangas with this type of plot before! (Y)
Fairy Tail

Summary: Join Fairy Tail in their adventures! Lots of arcs, and it's funny.
Opinion: Okay, so this is the only Shounen manga that's up in this recommendation page. The rest of them, being Shoujo, so that's why I guess there are romance in them? Romance is good. =] But eh wait, Pandora Hearts is Shounen! Oh well...
Anyway! All the females in FT kicks ass! Like hahahha, 'think I can't fight? I'LL SHOW YOU!' So yupp, all of them can fight! Which is totally cool, awesome. (Y)
Yupp, so that ends my manga recommendations for kick-ass female leads. Don't know if it's useful to anyone? But yeap, it's mostly Shoujo. Since I like to read Shoujo, but I don't want to read about whiny female leads. =___=
ANYWAY! Something personal!
I really want to buy Uwasaya though. T_T But it's not available in English/Chinese!!! It's only in Japanese. I like the summary I read. It's about some ghost thingy. I read a oneshot by this mangaka and totally loved it! So I think I can expect the same from this series! But I can't find...
So! I think I'm going to buy Momo by Sakai Mayu. Read its summary and others' feedback on this. It's not typical shoujo. So, yay! There's 5 volumes out there currently! Ahhhhh. Wonder if there's going to be kino sale?
And I really want to buy a good manga series with good art and plot. So I can keep it for keepsake... And well, since the ones I recommended, I've already read them, it's quite -_- for me to buy. I think. So I'm not going to read this!
