HELLO !

read something interesting .
well , i THINK . lol .

before you accuse me when you read :
i'm not plagiarizing !

i guess i'm just too drilled in this plagiarizing thing . :D

okay , so it's about No. 6 of Fifteen Hungarian Peasant Songs by Bartok .
there's word painting .
eg . you feel angry , therefore the music sounds angry etc .

so . about this !
it says that -

oh wait . i forgot to tell you the source . LOL .
The Cambridge Companion to Bartok .
Edited by Amanda Bayley .
so those interested can read and find out more .
okay , i'll continue now . :D

- this No.6 is a

tragic story describes the death of a young woman , whose lover leaves
her after she discovers she is expecting her baby .
her lover returns and , finding her in her tomb , kills himself with a
dagger .
the mood of the musical setting is foreboding , lyrical , wistful and above
all tragic ... (other words here)

when he finds his beloved already dead , he drives his knife into his own heart - graphically depicted by the harsh and dissonant chords in the last two bars .

OKAY , I BLOCK QUOTED WHAT I COPIED .
so don't accuse me of plagiarism .
i stated the source too ! :D

so that's what i found interesting .
i shall go youtube to search for this !
i'll try . :D

-AFTER A LONG TIME-

i cannot find it !
urgh . thought i might be able to 'listen' to the story .
disappointed .
never mind .
BLOG , SEE YOU !
