a lazy person's guide to making a tomato omelet

Ingredients needed
- a pan
- egg
- diced tomatoes (from 1 tomato, or more if you want?)
- negligible olive oil

Steps
#1 Wash your pan. (if it's not clean)
#2 Fill your bowl with the rice (etc) and dishes.
until your pan has dried- a combination of oil and water will lead to an explosion
(okay, just exaggerating)
#3 Eat some food as you wait.
#4 Chop the tomatoes if your pan is clean.
#5 Add oil to the pan and put in the diced tomatoes.
#6 Get instant soup ready / Get your drink.
#7 Stir the tomatoes with the oil.
this increased temperature of the beta-carotene and the oil makes it easier for us to absorb!
#8 Eat more food.
#9 Get the egg ready. With the tomatoes in the pan, crack the egg. Mix them.
#10 Eat more food!
you should have eaten it half-way already?
#11 Check to see if the egg is equally heated.
#12 Stir it.
#13 AND TA-DA! YOU HAVE YOUR EGG!

okay. so that's it.
a very simple way.
you don't even have to beat your egg,
like,
placing them in a bowl and beat it with your fork.

that way,
you have to wash an additional 2 stuff.
lol.

so ta-da!

THIS IS THE WAY TO EAT A TOMATO OMELET!
