did anyone read the newspaper?
I read one article yesterday.
it was an aunty who poured water on the staff.
as all of you know (or did you just know? lol xD),
that the casino no longer provide shuttle buses.
'cause lots of people went to the casino and sort of lost money.
which lead to broken families in some way. =/
so when the staff was explaining to her,
the aunty poured water!

don't you think it is unfair?!?!
i think it is! that is why I'd probably never work in the service industry.
like, there's no way I'd be able to sort of 'serve' people.
I'd go nuts if the customer was quite ugh.
sigh.
but then again, there are also bad staff out there too!

and I think the Bount people are quite strong.

I prefer Ishida being all logical and stuff,
