Just finished an awesome manga.

Summary: Kanoko loves to observe. She calls herself the ultimate observer (or something). And she gets involved with those she'd been observing in the first chapter, and sort of made friends with them! Each chapter is like a separate one shot as she moves often and meets new people.
Comment: Kanoko is an AWESOME LEAD!!! Like what other people commented, her personality's cold. She's also smart. She doesn't need guys!!! Like, she doesn't need to depend on guys. ._. Her character's like Haruhi from OHSHC, the female lead from Beauty Pop too. SO COOL! =]
And the romance part was hint-ish. xD
There's a sequel to this too!!!
Anyhow, I'd like to read more about this author's works bc of this. Hehehe.
