4 ingredient Nutella Cupcake
I'm going to try this recipe!!! After my exams, haha.
Nutella cupcakes with just 4 ingredients!
Tbqh, I get a little scared when I see ingredients full of sugar, butter etc for desserts.
Depending on my mood, I may do without the frosting, lol.

Here's the original recipe: http://www.ohnuts.com/blog/nutella-cupcakes/
Since I don't have all-purpose flour at home, I'm going to substitute with cake flour.
Modified recipe (that I will try):
Cupcake
- 420g of Nutella
- 3 eggs, at room temperature
- 149.5g cake flour
Nutella Frosting
- 280g of Nutella
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
Instructions (Edited):
- Preheat the oven to 177 C. Line miniature muffin tins with 28 paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs together. Add 420g of nutella. Whisk the eggs and Nutella together until your mixture is smooth and shiny.
- Add the flour and gently stir it in, just until the flour streaks disappear. Don’t overwork it, or your cupcakes will be tough.
- Divide the batter between the muffin cups. Bake the cupcakes for about 13-15 minutes, until the tops are puffed and cracked and spring back when lightly pressed. Let the cupcakes cool on a wire rack while you prepare the frosting.
- For frosting, combine the 280g of Nutella and the cream cheese in a mixing bowl, and beat on medium-speed until combined, light, and fluffy.
- Pipe the frosting on top of the cooled cupcakes.
