Went to the gym today LOL.

I think the last time I went to the gym was in 2014?? HAHAHAHAH.

Worked out at the first station for 15 min.
Most tiring equipment I've ever used today.
It's a climb floor kind of step machine.
Machine recorded that I climbed 30 floors. Yay.

Next station was the bike one.
My favourite?? Lol. My heartbeat was like 180+ average?
I looked left and right, and saw that other people's heart rate was 160??
Is mine too high? LOL.
Did this station for 25 min. Burned about 101 calories.

Last station was some kind of walking and arm moving at the same time machine.
I mainly just want to move my legs. LOL.
Bc pretty sure if I used my arms I would die. Lolol.
Stayed at this station for 15 min.

Somehow miscalculated though.
Only worked out for 55 min? Haha.

Wanted to use this station that had some game. But can't remember what it was. I remember my arm was aching hahaha.

Overall, I feel like my stamina improved? LOL. I remember feeling like I'm about to die the last time I went to the gym, just 10 min into the workout.

Shall probably do a bit of running at the treadmill next time, haha.
I remember myself being able to run in my secondary school days, lolol.

Here's something that I entertained myself with as I was working out.

Late night thoughts does things to our brains so lol, hi.

Can't sleep. I suspect it could be the gongcha I drank just now.
Or maybe it's because I drank too much milk tea today? LOL.

Had secret santa at work for the entire group this year.
Theme was to make something handmade. And things could have been easier for me had I drawn a girl's name? Haha.

Have something in mind. Hopefully it turns out like it did in my head, haha.

So I just went to redo my DISC test?

First time watching MBS's water show. Like wow, first time seeing it.
Something to add is I've been to 2 blind dates first time in my life? LOL.
Ah Chew desserts is pretty nice too. It's like chinese style sort of dessert that I won't normally like. But I really did like it!
Reminds me of a dessert place I went to at Serangoon Gardens. I ordered double shot of durian mousse (I think that's what it was called). LOL.
But omg, can't remember the name of the place. :(((

Went to the airport yesterday. Pikachu mascot is the cutest thing alive!! Oh, I went to AFA's warehouse sale too. Got lost but found it after, yay.
Had some alone time with myself for a few hours. Ate my favourite dish at Cocoichibanya.

So tempted to watch movie alone.
Usually if I'm home, I'd be lazy to go out. LOL. Maybe I can do that soon? Haha.
Like book a movie I want to watch, so I'd have no choice but to force myself to get out. Lolol.
