Potato Salad
So I made potato salad today!!
Had potato salad the other day at Starbucks and I loved the taste so I decided to try. Haha.
The one I had today doesn't taste like Starbucks one. Haha. But it's okay.
I feel like it's a much healthier option.
Idk if it's only me, but when I see lots of oil eg butter, or sugar in recipes I won't feel like eating it.
The original recipe I followed is over

I modified the recipe a little since my mom doesn't eat eggs.
Ingredients:
- 10 brown baby potatoes (I wanted to get the red one but it's not available in the supermarket)
- 50g carrots, chopped
- Greek yogurt (I just added till I saw all the food are covered haha)
- 10 baby tomatoes, halved
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.Cut potatoes into quarters and put into a medium pot. Add enough cold water to the pot to cover the potatoes by an inch or so. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer until the potatoes are fork tender (about 5 more minutes after boiling).
2. While waiting for the potato to boil, bring carrots to a boil.
3. Place potatoes in a large bowl and add carrots, yogurt, salt and pepper. Stir until everything is mixed well.
Idk how many servings they will make since I had this for dinner.
And greek yogurt actually tastes nice!! Haha.
Anyway, I found a

And yupp, as you can see from my recent bomb of homemade food on instagram, I've got a new hobby - cooking/baking. Lol.

I Just Wanna Be Myself
My humble wish for 2015! Hahaha.
Just did stats prelim today.
I think I'll get probably 20 marks lol. ㅜㅜ
At least it shows what areas I don't know and am not sure of haha.

So I painted my nails yesterday!!
They look better after watching youtube nail tutorials hahahahah. I think this current design is the best I've ever drawn lol.
Btw, happy chinese new year!
It's another year and I have grown older.
Prelim is next week and I'm not productive at all. :(

Love at Second Sight
Instead of studying as much as I can, I'm watching shows. Sob.
Where is my motivation!!!
Anyway, I finished watching Love at Second Sight 一见不钟情 which is the latest Rainie drama. 楊丞琳有新戏! /o/
I liked the first few episodes as I loved the interaction between Zhe Xi and Luo Luo (Rainie's character). Later on it felt like o_o. When are my 2 characters gonna end up together in peace?!
Cried buckets for this drama at the back.
2 people who are in love with each other, but can't be together. Touching family scenes too. Never cried so much for a drama before. Though I mainly cried bc of the obstacles the 2 main leads face.
Went on to search for more cuts after finishing the drama. Saw interviews saying Rainie picked up this drama bc she liked the script. At the beginning, we see the romantic comedy, then the second part of the script is filled with love/hate themes.
Went to search the cast after that. HAHHAHA. I saw people writing that the china version has cut off some parts. Taiwan would air the full version. Does this mean I have to watch the 27 episodes all over again? Lol.
Overall, I think this is a good drama. (Though at times, I felt like killing off quite a number of the characters, lolol) It lets us think about love, marriage and families.
Oh, by the way, this is a China and Taiwan collaboration drama. I saw comments saying they're turned off bc of the china accent, but I think it's still okay in this show!

Homemade Chocolates!
So I made chocolates today!
Bought the following ingredients at NTUC fairprice:
1 x baking chocolates 340g @ $6.90
1 x sprinkle @ $2
Got cereals at giant.
My brother helped me to buy aluminium foil cups at SKP.
50 pieces for $5. Pretty pricy tbh. But to keep the shape of the chocolate, would have to use alumium foil.
Followed the instructions here exactly!!
Had wanted to do matcha chocolates, but saw this video that seems even easier.
So yupp, matcha one probably next time. Haha.

We Found Wonderland
Omg!!! I'm so behind in catching up.
Compared with the me last year, I would definitely catch up with the tutorials given after each class. I will do it weekly. At least accounting I will do it. Only missed out 1 or 2 weeks. Math and stats I would definitely complete the weekly tutorials too, even if my friends did not do.
Is it that I have too much outings??
Or that the system stupidly arranged math 2 and stats 2 together at the same time. =_=
What happened to me this year? :(
Only did CF tutorial to until topic 2/3?
I think I wasted too much time on Assignment 1 for CF. Zzz.
FIRST CLASS HONOURS. 80 AND ABOVE. LET'S GO.
Stress.
Can't waste my one week hol. I will catch up.
I will do as much tutorial as I can.
